Hi, My name is Brittany, and I’m the operations manager and billing specialist at Better Days Ahead. I go to Kennesaw State University and am currently simultaneously working on my undergrad in Psychology and my Masters in Social Work through the Double Owl Pathway. My objective is to approach life with a positive attitude, and I am passionate about finding solutions to any challenges that come my way. I’ve worked in many customer service environments, giving me an extensive background in accommodating and fulfilling the needs of others. I also work with parents & families that are going through hard times financially/mentally or who are in DFCS cases, to guide them through resources that are available in the community. I am also Connections Matter Certified through Cobb Collaborative.
